About Us
Founded in 2019, Eternal Bliss Holistic Health Services was created with the vision of offering a calm, supportive space where individuals can heal, grow, and reconnect with their true selves. What began with the creation of beautiful candles and wellness products has blossomed into a holistic practice dedicated to promoting balance, wellbeing, and self discovery.
At Eternal Bliss, we believe that true healing begins from within. Guided by the philosophy of “Happiness from the Inside Out,” our approach integrates mind, body, and spirit helping each person address the root cause rather than just the symptoms. We provide a comprehensive range of holistic services, including Reiki, holistic counselling, stress management, life coaching, and sports mentoring, all designed to restore harmony and support lasting transformation.

Sharon is a compassionate holistic practitioner and the founder of Eternal Bliss Holistic Health Services. With a deep passion for supporting others on their healing journey, she blends intuitive energy work with evidence-based wellbeing practices to help clients restore balance and reconnect with their inner strength.
She holds certifications in Reiki Levels I & II, Meditation Teaching, Counselling, and Holistic Human Development, and is currently in the final months of her Bachelor of Psychological Science. This unique combination of holistic and psychological knowledge allows Sharon to offer a well rounded approach to healing one that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit.
Through her offerings, including Reiki, holistic counselling, life coaching, and sports mentoring, Sharon creates a safe and nurturing space where clients of all ages can release stress, gain clarity, and embrace positive transformation. Guided by her philosophy of “Happiness from the Inside Out,” she empowers others to live with balance, confidence, and purpose.
